INTRODUCTION TO IGUAZU FALLS

Day 1 - Puerto Iguazu
Arrival at Puerto Iguazu. Meeting and transfer to the hotel, which in the National Park. Your hotel at the Sheraton Hotel allows a magnificent landscape with a view of the Devil's Throat fall.

Day 2 - Iguazu National Park
Today you will enjoy the Argentine side of the falls.From the Visitors Center, you will board a gas-propelled train that will take you to the Upper Falls Circuit and the Lower Falls Circuit (Devil's Throat). The Lower circuit takes one hour while the Upper takes approx. 50 minutes. The access to San Martin Island is through the Lower Circuit Catwalks. This visit will last 1 ½ hour. This last excursion is not always available.

In order to visit the Devils Throat, you must board the train at the Main Station or at the Cataratas Station, close to the Upper Circuit. Once you are at the Devil’s Throat Station you will have to walk for 1.100 meters on a flat catwalk built over the Upper Iguazu River. This catwalk crosses several islands till you get to the end, where you will be surprised by a strategic lookout point resting on the side of the gorgeous Devils Throat. It lasts 2 hours approximately.

During this visit the Falls will be seen from up close allowing for the detailed appreciation of both flora and fauna as well as the Falls who are literally at the reach of ones hands.

You will also enjoy a nautical adventure. This boat ride start at the dock in front of the San Martin Island, breaking into the Devil’s Throat Canyon and the unforgettable baptism under the San Martin Waterfall, the second most important one.

Day 3 - Iguazu National Park
During the morning you will be picked up to enjoy the Brazilian side of the falls.

Arrival at the Visitors Center, at the entrance of the Brazilian side of Iguazu National Park. The visit continues, now inside the National Park, along a paved road that will take you to the magnificent Iguazu Falls. There, the walking tour goes along the catwalk measuring one kilometer of easy hike. Along this easy trek, there are several gorgeous panoramic views of the Falls and at the end of the catwalk a fantastic close-up encounter with the Devils Throat and main falls.

The tour ends at the upper part of Iguazu Falls accessed through a panoramic elevator; from there, the visitors will follow a track to as far as the Espaço Porto Canoas (The Port Canoas Space), where you will find a pleasurable lookout point with a view to the upper Iguazu River. The Port Canoas Space also has the Porto Canoas Restaurant and snack bars, handicraft shop, toilets and a medical first aid outpost.

In the afternoon, you will be picked up for the transfer to the airport, to board your flight. ***A BRAZIL VISA REQUIRED FOR TODAY'S VISIT*** (B)
